Express Auto Detailing

I had some very noticeable paint transfer on my right rear passenger door from someone opening their driver's side door pretty aggressively into my door. Sadly, I was sitting in it when the damage was done. I did a Google search and found Express Auto Detailing pretty quickly. After reading their reviews, which were all extremely positive, I decided to stop by and see if I could schedule an appointment to get the damage taken care of. I arrived with the intention of having them look at the damage, giving me an estimate and scheduling a time to drop my car off. After assessing the damage, they told me that they could take care of it right then and there. Not only did they do an incredible job, but I was in and out in under 20 minutes! While I was incredibly impressed with the job that they did, I was also very impressed with how nice and how professional everyone in the shop was. Knowing how good a job they do and seeing in person how much care and pride they put into their work, I am planning on having them do a full detail on my car in the near future. I will also tell anyone who might ask about a great car detailing shop in the Morristown area to look no further than Express Auto

Jose does a fantastic job and truly takes pride in his work. My car came out looking great, and the attention to detail was obvious. On top of that, his customer service is excellent—he’s friendly, professional, and clearly very experienced. I’m very happy with both the detail and the overall experience. Highly recommend!

I brought my 10-year old Prius to Express Auto Detailing after it had been through a tough stretch. It belonged to my father-in-law, who’s been dealing with dementia, and the interior reflected that. It was in rough shape. Jose and the team absolutely delivered! The interior looks as close to new as you can expect for a 10-year-old car. The before and after is honestly night and day. What I appreciated just as much was how they handled everything. Easy to work with, delivered the car back to my office, and made sure I was happy before I paid. These guys know what they’re doing. Highly recommend.

I left a 14 year old car with Jose and he gave me back a brand new one! Totally professional, no hard sells, fair pricing. If you need your car brought back to life this is the place to go - don't even bother looking anywhere else - these are the hard core pros you need for the job and they're super-nice folks. Couldn't be happier with the experience. A+++

I found Jose and his team to be very professional and customer service oriented. They exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment you talk to and meet Jose you understand that your car is in good hands and that he’s all about building long term relationships. His team detailed my car, tinted my windows and ceramic coated my interior and exterior. It looks great! Best of all, his prices were very reasonable, he returned the car to my house himself and within the timeframe he promised. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
